Jewels by JAR at The Metropolitan Museum of Art are featuring more than 400 works by world renowned jewelry designer yet secret Joel A. Rosenthal, who works in Paris under the name of JAR.
The exhibition is its first retrospective of his works in the United States and the first retrospective devoted to a contemporary artist of gems at the Metropolitan Museum.
