CONSTRUCTED IN 1745 BY THE CLERICS FAMILY, PALAZZO CLERICI FEATURES PATRICIAN & NEOCLASSICAL ELEMENTS, WITH PART OF THE DESIGN BEING ATTRIBUTED TO FRANCESCO CROCE. THE FAMILY ALSO COMMISSIONED THE FAMOUS VENETIAN ARTIST GIOVAMBATTISTA TIEPOLO TO PAINT THE CEILINGS OF THE PALACE'S GALLERIA. THE PALACE SUBSEQUENTLY BECAME ONE OF MILAN'S MOST LUXURIOUS RESIDENCES. IT IS NOW HOME TO THE Istituto per gli Studi di Politica Internazionale.
